As a creative service provider specializing in custom digital assets (social media content, graphics, and copywriting), all work is tailored to your specific requirements. Please review this policy carefully before proceeding with any project.
1. Our Service Model
Royal Sales Line provides custom creative services including:
- Social Media Content Creation - Custom posts, carousels, stories, and reels
- Graphics & Visual Assets - Banners, thumbnails, product mockups, brand collateral
- Copywriting Excellence - Website copy, product descriptions, brand messaging
All work is custom-created based on your specific brief, brand guidelines, and requirements. We do NOT offer pre-made templates or generic solutions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are limited to specific circumstances:
A. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs before any creative work has started
- Must be requested within 24 hours of payment
- Applies only to projects where no assets have been created or delivered
B. Non-Delivery of Services
- Full refund available if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services
- Must be requested within 14 days of the promised delivery date
- Requires documented proof of non-delivery
C. Significant Deviation from Requirements
- Partial refund may be considered if delivered work significantly deviates from agreed requirements
- Must be requested within 7 days of final delivery
- Requires specific documentation of how requirements were not met
- We reserve the right to offer revisions instead of refund
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction that was previously approved
- Inability to use delivered assets due to business changes or personal decisions
- Request for refund after using or implementing delivered assets
- Delay caused by client's failure to provide necessary information or feedback
- Revisions exceeding the agreed number in the project scope
- Projects where creative work has already been substantially completed (over 50%)
4. Revision Policy
We include revision rounds in all our service packages to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- Standard Packages: 2 rounds of revisions included
- Premium Packages: 3 rounds of revisions included
- Enterprise Packages: Unlimited revisions within project scope
If you're unsatisfied with the initial deliverables, we strongly encourage you to use your revision rounds before considering a refund request. Most concerns can be resolved through our revision process.

5. Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days from approval date
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed
6. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Before escalating any dispute:
- Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
- Allow us to propose alternative solutions (additional revisions, partial refund, future credit)
- Provide all relevant documentation and communication
If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, disputes will be handled in accordance with Kentucky state laws where our company is registered.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For ongoing projects, the policy in effect at the time of project initiation will apply.
