Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services at Royal Sales Line, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our creative services including social media content creation, graphic design, and copywriting.

Royal Sales Line specializes in custom creative digital marketing assets. Our core services include:

• Social Media Content Creation: Custom posts, carousels, stories, reels, and platform-optimized content
• Graphics & Visual Assets: Web banners, ad creatives, product mockups, brand collateral
• Copywriting Excellence: Website copy, product descriptions, brand messaging, e-commerce content

Important: We do NOT offer ad campaign management, payment processing, or any services outside our stated creative specialties.

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Supply all necessary brand assets, guidelines, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Provide clear, constructive feedback during revision rounds
• Use delivered assets only for their intended purposes as outlined in the project scope
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide to us for use in your project

Our standard project workflow includes:

• Discovery & Briefing: We gather requirements and establish project scope
• Creative Development: We create initial concepts based on your brief
• Client Review: You review deliverables and provide feedback
• Revisions: We implement agreed-upon changes (number of rounds varies by package)
• Final Delivery: We provide final assets in specified formats

Timelines: Project duration varies based on complexity. Standard projects typically take 5-14 business days. Rush services are available at additional cost.

Delays: Client delays in providing feedback or materials may extend project timelines.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project-Based Pricing: 50% deposit required to begin work, with balance due upon project completion
• Retainer Agreements: Monthly payments due in advance of service period
• Late Payments: Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be subject to service suspension
• Additional Work: Work outside original scope will be quoted separately
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and major credit cards

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us.

Royal Sales Line Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full usage rights to the final delivered assets
• License to use assets for your business purposes as outlined in project scope
• Source files (when specified in package)

Royal Sales Line Retains:

• Right to display completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
• Ownership of our creative process, methods, and proprietary tools
• Right to use anonymized project data for internal improvement

Third-Party Assets: If third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are required, appropriate licenses must be obtained. This may involve additional costs.

We include revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction:

• Standard Packages: 2 rounds of revisions included
• Premium Packages: 3 rounds of revisions included
• Enterprise Packages: Unlimited revisions within project scope

Revision Guidelines:

• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Feedback should be clear, specific, and consolidated
• Major changes to original scope may incur additional fees
• Revisions beyond included rounds are billed at our hourly rate

We respect your confidentiality and agree to:

• Keep all client information and project details confidential
• Not disclose proprietary information to third parties
• Use client materials only for the intended project
• Secure digital files and communications

Exceptions: We may disclose information when required by law or to enforce our terms. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Royal Sales Line's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project
• We are not responsible for client business outcomes, revenue changes, or campaign performance
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• We are not responsible for errors in client-provided materials

As creative service providers, we deliver assets based on your specifications. Ultimate success depends on your implementation and market factors.

Either party may terminate a project under these conditions:

• Client Termination: May terminate with written notice. Fees for work completed to date are due immediately.
• Royal Sales Line Termination: May terminate if client breaches terms, fails to pay, or provides false information.
• Effect of Termination: All unpaid fees become immediately due. We will deliver completed work up to termination point.

Retainer agreements require 30 days written notice for termination.

In case of disputes:

• Parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with Kentucky state laws
• Venue for any legal action shall be in Kenton County, Kentucky
• Parties agree to mediate before pursuing litigation

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at project initiation will apply unless both parties agree to updated terms in writing.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
